Absolute worst provider I've seen in quite a while. She is absolutely, unbelievably rude and is very snide and unkind. I wouldn't recommend her to anybody and I hope to never see her again.

Don't bother making an appointment with Elizabeth Thompson. She's cancelled on me twice in the last two weeks because she couldn't manage to go into work. Probably why she's just a "practitioner"....
