Lack of communication in the service department. They will ask you to text them and then never respond back, if you have a warranty issue you will need to call them daily to make sure they sumbit...

The service department will drop the ball, they say they are so busy and even if you have an appointment to get something taken care of you will most likely be delayed weeks out. Don't try to do...

Bought our boat in 2017 and have been bringing it to croft ever since for service! Bar none, best staff ever! We won't buying a boat from anyone else.
