History
Our founder has been serving in Utah Since 1995. He is a transplant from New York City, where he was a professional waiter; trained in French, Russian, English Butler, and American Banquette styles of service. After leaving the industry, he was called back in 2014. It was gratifying to have loyal customers asking for his return. Melange was born in 2014. Melange is French for mixer, be it social or cocktail.
