Margaret (Molly) Baldwin Conroy

Thomas Miller MD is board certified in internal medicine. His clinical expertise in adult medicine includes evaluation and treatment of hypertension, lipid (cholesterol) abnormalities, adult onset diabetes, and heart and vascular disease. Dr. Miller received his MD from George Washington University in 1988 and completed a residency in internal medicine at the University of Utah in 1991. He has been a member of the Division of General Medicine since 1992.

Michelle Sorweid, DO, MPH is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Division of Geriatrics. She obtained her Bachelor's of Science degree in Biological Sciences from the University of South Carolina in 2004, graduating from the South Carolina Honors College Magna cum Laude. She subsequently obtained her Master's degree in Public Health from Columbia University in New York, New York with a focus in Aging and Public Health. Dr. Frame is a board certified family medicine physician. She received a bachelor's of science from Seattle University before continuing on to Creighton University for her medical degree. After medical school, she completed residency at Family Medicine Spokane in Spokane, WA, where she also served as chief resident. Additionally, she completed a Faculty Development Fellowship at Lawrence Family Medicine Residency in MA before coming to the University of Utah. Dr Frame enjoys seeing patients of all ages and has interest in women's health (including contraception), behavioral health, medically-underserved populations and working with patient's to set and acheive their own goals to improve their health and quality of life. In her free time, Dr. Frame enjoys exploring the outdoors, cooking, and spending time with her family.
