Dr. Finlayson's clinical specialty is minimally invasive abdominal surgery. His primary areas of clinical practice are colon surgery, including colon cancer, colon polyps, diverticulitis, and other conditions of the colon; abdominal wall hernias, including ventral, incisional, inguinal and femoral hernias; and gallbladder and gallstone disease.

J. Fredrik Grimmer, MD is a Professor of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Utah and Primary Children’s Hospital. He is board certified in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and Complex Pediatric Otolaryngology. His clinical interest are in pediatric head and neck surgery including fetal airway surgery, endocrine surgery, maxillofacial boney tumors, surgical access to the skull base and surgery of vascular anomalies. Dr. Tanz completed her medical degree at Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University. She then completed her residency at Lurie Children’s Hospital at Northwestern University in Chicago. She worked in private practice for 3 years and is now an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in the division of general pediatrics at the University of Utah. Dr. Tanz is board-certified in Pediatrics.
