Maggie Mae's Pampered Pups Grooming

History

Maggie Mae's was named after Kira Swenson's first dog, Maggie. When Kira was just 3 years old she was introduced to Maggie, a beautiful female Golden Retriever. Maggie and Kira bonded instantly and that tight bond remained until Maggie's passing in 2010. Maggie was very active from a young puppy to when her face turned grey and her steps were slow. Kira always made sure to take Maggie on her daily walk even as the distances shortened and the walks took much longer, it was their time to bond quietly and in a way, get to know one another a little better even after all of the years and time they spent together. It is very important to Kira that all dogs exercise daily and receive top-notch care from sitters, groomers and walking companions. All animals should feel unconditional love from those around them and that is how the idea of Maggie Mae's came about.
