I'm upset about my latest experience with this Les Schwab. They've done plenty of work for me over the years and this is the first time I've been disappointed and extremely frustrated with them......

My appointment was at 8am and I'm still sitting here. My vehicle hasn't even been taken in yet and it's 10am. I've never had this type of service with Les Schwab! Go to a different location
