Air conditioning went out yesterday during heat wave, up all night with the doors and windows open to stay cool. Maintenance workers say they came by and looked at the external unit and it's fine....

Do NOT rent or buy at Las Palmas. They DO NOT maintain their elevators If you are old and can't walk up stairs - they don't care! If you have a disability - they tell you to carry your adult...
