Lady Fitness

History

Lady Fitness first opened its doors in Layton, Utah in 1997. It was such a huge success that a second location was opened in Pleasant View, Utah in 2001. Lady Fitness became the top fitness facility in Utah for women only and a third location opened in West Haven, Utah in 2006. Lady Fitness continues to be a leading force in the fitness business helping women of all shapes and sizes, all ages and all fitness levels look and feel great!

Lady Fitness provides a full service fitness facility for women where they can reach their fitness goals in a non-threatening, comfortable environment. We have the best instructors and offer the best classes in Northern Utah. Our classes include Zumba, pump, kickboxing, INSANITY, yoga, pilates, cycling, bootcamp and so much more! We have affordable group personal training and one-on-one personal training. All of our trainers are NASM certified, which is the most reputable PT certification available. Our trainers get AMAZING results! Our members love that we have child care for their convenience. And for those that like to have a summer glow all year round, we have top of the line tanning.
