Kurtis (K.C.) Woolf, MD | Family Doctor

Jamie Woodbury was born and raised in Weber County and currently lives in Warren with her beloved husband and two children. She’s proud to be serving the community in which she grew up. What excites Jamie most about family medicine is the personal relationship she creates with patients. While working in the ER in the past, Jamie would see patients with a disease process that was preventable or manageable with the proper resources. However, she learned that many patients were never educated or given the resources to manage their disease correctly. This guided her decision to advance her clinical training so that she could provide health teaching and supportive counseling with an emphasis on illness prevention and health maintenance.

Dr. Clark enjoys all aspects of pediatrics. He strives to provide quality, compassionate care to children of all ages, but has a particular interest in newborn and infant care. He currently practices as a Pediatrician at Ogden Clinic | West Point. Dr. Clark loves to be involved with music, both playing the piano and singing. He also loves to read and spend time with his wife and two children.

About Dr. Bryce Galbraith is a board-certified family medicine physician. He attained his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Touro University Nevada following his undergraduate education at Weber State University. A longtime resident of Northern Utah, Dr. Galbraith graduated from Clearfield High School in 2002. He is passionate about family medicine and has a clinical focus on Men's Health, Sports Medicine, Diabetes, Thyroid Disorders, and Pediatrics. Dr. Galbraith is also trained in Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy (OMT), a hands-on approach to musculoskeletal disorders that is used to help correct structural imbalances in the body, improve circulation, and relieve pain.
