Telos U is a unique and clinically-sophisticated treatment center located in Orem, UT, offering specialized programs for teens and young adults aged 13-26. Their residential treatment programs, such as Telos Academy and Carter House, provide a nurturing and normalized environment for individuals overcoming depression, anxiety, learning differences, and substance use issues. Telos U also offers primary care assessment for short-term care and identification of core needs, as well as transitional residential treatment for young adults transitioning from adolescence to independent living.
