Kimberly B. Stowers

Dr. Maria Vermeulen is a pediatrician who provides comprehensive care from the newborn period through adolescence. Her professional interests include preventive healthcare, underserved populations, and global health medicine. She is also committed to quality improvement initiatives and the education of medical students and residents. In her personal time, she enjoys outdoor activities with her husband and friends.

Wendy L. Hobson-Rohrer, MD, MSPH, FAAP is the inaugural Associate Vice President for Health Sciences Education, and a tenured Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Utah. In her AVP role, Dr. Hobson-Rohrer is accountable for education programs for the five University of Utah Health Colleges (Dentistry, Health, Medicine, Nursing, and Pharmacy), their 5,300 students, and the Health Sciences Library.
