Keith L. Duffy

Charles J. Parker, M. D., is a Professor of Medicine in the Division of Hematology and Hematologic Malignancies, Department of Internal Medicine, at the University of Utah and the Huntsman Cancer Institute, Salt Lake City, UT. As a Hematologist, his clinical interests include paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH), hemochromatosis and porphyria. Dr. Parker received his MD from The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He received training in medicine and hematology from the North Carolina Memorial Hospital, Chapel Hill and Duke University, respectively. In the past, Dr. Parker served as President of the International Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria Interest Group and Editor-in-Chief of The Hematologist. Ashok K. Tuteja, M.D., M.P.H., M.R.C.P. received his medical degree from Delhi University. He did his internal medicine residency in England where he was awarded Membership in the Royal College of Physicians (M.R.C.P.). He received his Masters in Public Health from Oregon Health Sciences University. He completed his gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Colorado. His clinical interests include irritable bowel syndrome, diarrhea, constipation, fecal incontinence, anal disorders, probiotics, biofeedback and colonoscopy. He has a special interest in bowel disorders in people who travel abroad. Dr. Tuteja’s main area of research is in the role of a change in intestinal bacteria during deployment or travel in causing a chronic change in bowel habits. He has numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals and referees scientific publications for several medical journals.

Eric Millican, MD, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Dermatology at the University of Utah School of Medicine. He specializes in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer. He is fellowship-trained in Mohs Micrographic Surgery - a tissue-sparing technique for treating skin cancers with the highest cure rate. His clinical interests include the management of skin cancers in immunosuppressed and transplant patients. Dr. Millican is board certified in Dermatology and Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Mohs Surgery (ACMS).
