Dr. Kaput was born and raised in a rural community in southern Michigan. She earned a bachelor's degree in Biology from The University of Georgia and was employed at the Complex Carbohydrate Research Center in Athens, Georgia before attending medical school. She received her medical degree at Michigan State College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan and later completed her residency at National Jewish Health with Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado. With a desire to continue to receive superb training and explore her personal hobbies in the mountain west, she then completed Endocrinology Fellowship Training at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah. Her career goal is to provide high quality, personalized, endocrine care with an emphasis on preventative health and management of chronic illnesses.

Dr. Evan Hare is an internal medicine physician in Salt Lake City. He is originally from Nashville, Tennessee, and attended Union University in Jackson, Tennessee, for his undergraduate studies and University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee, for medical school. Following medical school, he and his wife moved to Salt Lake City for his internal medicine residency training at the University of Utah, and they decided to stay in Salt Lake once he had completed his training. Dr. Hare has a passion for primary care, and he especially enjoys partnering with his patients to help them achieve their health care goals.
