Justin Haller, MD specializes in pelvic and acetabular trauma, non-union and mal-union surgery, peri-articular fractures, post-traumatic reconstruction, limb length and rotational deformity, osteomyelitis and bone infections, and pediatric orthopedic trauma. He completed orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Utah, and then he completed a fellowship in orthopedic trauma in Switzerland followed by a fellowship in orthopedic trauma at Harborview Medical Center/University of Washington.

He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at Stanford University and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Before joining the faculty at the University of Utah, he completed a 2-year research and clinical spine surgery fellowship at the Rothman Institute/Thomas Jefferson University, regarded as one of the top spine fellowships in the country.

Dr. Robert Tashjian is the Ezekiel R. Dumke, Jr. Presidential Endowed Professor and Vice Chairman for Research in the Department of Orthopedics at the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City, UT specializing in shoulder and elbow surgery. Dr. Tashjian received his medical doctorate from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA. He completed an orthopaedic residency at Brown Medical School in Providence, RI followed by an orthopaedic trauma fellowship at Brown under the direction of Peter G. Trafton, MD. Dr. Tashjian completed an additional fellowship in shoulder and elbow surgery at Washington University in St. Louis under the direction of Ken Yamaguchi, MD. Dr. Tashjian's primary clinical focus centers on all aspects of primary and revision shoulder and elbow surgery including labral tears, rotator cuff tears, arthritis and fractures including shoulder arthroplasty and post-reconstructive procedures. Dr. Tashjian’s primary research focuses include the biomechanics of reverse total shoulder arthroplasty, the influence of hormone supplementation on rotator cuff healing and the genetics of rotator cuff disease. Dr. Tashjian is an Active Member of the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons (ASES) and is currently a member of the Executive Committee of the ASES. Dr. Tashjian is the editor of the textbooks The Unstable Elbow and Complex and Revision Shoulder Arthroplasty. Dr. Tashjian is current a Deputy Editor for Shoulder and Elbow for the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery American. Dr. Tashjian is currently the Division Chief for the Division of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery and the Director of the Shoulder and Elbow Fellowship in the Department of Orthopaedics. Dr. Tashjian has co-directed the biannual internationally recognized Advanced Shoulder Arthroplasty (ASAP) Meeting in Snowbird, Utah since 2019.
