I try to use the most conservative approach that will give adequate relief and maximize the environment for healing to include but not limited to medication, injections, arthroscopy, and surgery. My special expertise is in hip and knee replacement surgery using the latest techniques of proven efficacy. Of particular interest is total hip replacement using a direct anterior minimally invasive approach with or without the need for a fracture table.
