Dr. Jeffrey Rosenbluth, M.D., is the Medical Director of the Spinal Cord Injury Acute Rehabilitation program at the Craig H. Neilsen Rehabilitation Hospital for the University of Utah Health. He also oversees a large SCI-specific outpatient practice, which provides rehabilitative and primary-care services. Dr. Rosenbluth specializes in all aspects of care for the individual with spinal cord injury, including urgent care, wound care, spasticity management, pain management, diaphragmatic pacing, mobility, assistive technology, and adaptive recreation and wellness. Dr. Rosenbluth graduated from New York Medical College and completed his residency at the University of California-Davis. He did his fellowship at the University of Washington. He is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, with a certification in the sub-specialty of Spinal Cord Injury Medicine. In July 2013 he received the Craig H. Neilsen Presidential Endowed Chair for Spinal Cord Injury Medicine. In April 2018, Dr. Rosenbluth received the University of Utah eighth annual Distinguished Innovation and Impact Award.

Dr. Michael Green is an associate professor (Clinical) of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (Department of PMR with adjunct in the Department of Pediatrics, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy), School of Medicine, University of Utah since 2013. Dr. Green is an attending physician at Primary Children’s Hospital where he manages an inpatient and outpatient pediatric rehabilitation service. Dr. Green performs spasticity management (including intramuscular injections of Botulinum toxin and phenol), intrathecal baclofen pump management and electrophysiology for selective dorsal rhizotomy. Dr. Green’s primary goal is to promote the best outcome and best situation for each patient, and be supportive of their needs and situation. He is an advocate for patients and their families, as well as strives to optimize patient care. Dr. Green is continuously working toward improving the lives of children and adults with physical disabilities. Dr. Green is Board Certified in the American Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation in General Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation; Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine Subspecialty; and Brain Injury Medicine Subspecialty. He is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and has been on multiple executive committees. He completed his residency at the Combined Residency between Baylor College of Medicine and University of Texas Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in Houston, Texas. Following he completed his Fellowship in Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri.
