Is there a way to go lower than 1 star? I was shipped an order I never asked for and didn't need, when I took it to the office with the bill and shipping receipt they wouldn't do anything to help....

Actually I should give 2 different ratings. When we were covered by full DMBA insurance, I had no complaints about IHC Homecare. However since moving to Medicare, some items are no longer covered...
