Il Posto Rosso is a coastal, Mediterranean-style restaurant in downtown Moab, UT focused on serving “farm to fork” fresh using local ingredients with a unique, regional twist. Our chefs intentionally create shared plates & entrees reflective of the Moab culture & community. Our handpicked herbs, grass fed beef steak, local produce, homemade pasta & Utah distilled spirits are some of the well-articulated foods we serve at your table.
