impossible to speak to anyone in USA. , all calls are diverted to the Philippines . Can't understand their English , Not knowledgeable about customer services .

I prepaid through IHG for my hotel. After I checked in I found the same room $80 cheaper. IHG would not give me a refund. So I am stuck paying $80 more for the room I will NEVER use them again!
