This store is very helpful, carried heavy bags out to the car for without me even asking and helped me with choosing my fertilizer. Friendly, helpful employees.

Nice selection, rude staff that also has no knowledge of products. Very poor customer service, won't listen to customer questions without interruption, etc. Will not be going again. The 2 stars...

Rude girls at cashier. They seem pretty shotty and stuck up. IFA better focus on training their staff on how to effectively communicate with humans. The guys in the back were nice and seemed to be...

Great selection of feed. Staff was helpful and friendly. Great customer care. They had a few customer request a certain dog food so they totally stock it for us now.
