I had my taxes done by HR, and was pleased with the return they got me (both federal and state ). That brings me to now. I got a letter from a state entity who claimed my taxes HAD NOT BEEN FILED....

BEWARE!!! You are not told the price for the tax preparation until they are done, as well as they tell after all is said and done, that you don't qualify for the rapid refund because your refund...
