I don't know how I missed the secret of Hokulia Shave Ice but I am 100% a fan now!! Stopped here with my kiddos and we got one of their combos from their menu, a small size with passion fruit...

Can be dirty tables/seats depending on who's working. Also, a ton of flies, though it is outdoors. Kids always like it, but it's overpriced for shaved ice.
