Megan Mills, MD, serves as the Associate Vice Chair for Clinical Operations and Chief of the Musculoskeletal section in the Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences. Dr. Mills provides diagnostic and imaging-guided procedural expertise in a range of disorders affecting the musculoskeletal system. Her research focuses on innovating techniques for training future radiologists.

Dr. Brigham Smith is an Interventional Cardiologist and Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine. He specializes in invasive hemodynamics and intracoronary diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. Additionally, Dr. Smith serves as the Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. His clinical interests include the invasive management of acute heart attacks, evaluation and management of heart failure, assessment of valvular heart disease, and coronary stent implantation/balloon angioplasty (percutaneous coronary intervention - PCI). Hannah Duffey, MD, is an allergy and immunology provider who sees patients of all ages. She is especially interested in drug allergy, allergic asthma management, infantile eczema and food allergy, but she cares for patients with a large spectrum of allergic and immunologic conditions. She cares for patients with asthma, allergic rhinitis (hay fever), food allergy, eczema, drug allergy, urticaria (hives), angioedema (swelling), stinging insect allergy, anaphylaxis and eosinophilic disorders. Dr. Duffey completed her pediatric residency at the University of Utah and Primary Children’s Hospital. She then went to Colorado where she completed her allergy and immunology training at Children’s Hospital of Colorado and University of Colorado. She and her husband are excited to be back in Utah and enjoy spending time in the mountains.
