In business for 23 years, we're deeply committed to our farm-to-table ethos and to serving delicious, place-based cuisine in a beautiful and casual setting. We source directly from our own farm and from other local growers and producers, offering fresh, organic ingredients in dishes that are a fanciful expression of the foodways of the Four Corners region. Everything we serve is house-made, from jam to hot sauce, and our pasture-raised beef, lamb, and eggs come from local ranchers. We offer a curated selection of sustainably produced wines and a full bar with craft cocktails. We also have a kids menu and can provide to-go food, if you’re driving through or want to enjoy your dinner at your campsite in the remarkable Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument.
