I received my real estate licence in 2004. Throughout the years I have sold homes to buyers, listed homes for sellers, negotiated short sales and modifications on homes for my clients. I have specialized in seller finance transactions, I have been a property manager for my own investment properties as well as for high end condos in Park City.
