ABOUT US Established in 2008, Utah Behavior Services proudly serves individuals and Families with High Quality, Evidenced-Based Behavioral Health Care Services. The Central Utah Counseling Center provides behavioral health care counseling services to individuals, families and communities. The center offers mental health and substance abuse treatments in Juab, Millard, Piute, Sanpete and Wayne counties, Utah. It has a staff of trained and certified professionals, including financial officers, executive directors, team leaders and executive assistants. The Central Utah Counseling Center provides services for children, adolescents and adults. It also offers case management services. The center operates a day treatment program for clients suffering from chronic mental illness. The Central Utah Counseling Center provides testing, medication management and psychosocial rehabilitative services. It maintains a location in Richfield, Utah.
