HistoryThe owner, Donald West, has over 11 years of experience as a bicycle mechanic. He started his career as a mechanic for The Highroller Cyclery in Fayetteville, Arkansas while attending the University of Arkansas. Don worked as a consultant for the Phat Tire Bike Shop in Bentonville, Arkansas and helped them set up the service department in 2006. For the last 6 years on has been a mechanic for Competitive Cyclist and has built top of the line bicycles for online sales. Don is a Certified Shimano-Tec technician in DI-2, Hub and Wheel Service, Hydraulic Brake Systems, Shimano Pedal Service, and Shimano custom shoes. He has attended the Sram Technical School in Colorado Springs, Colorado in 2008.
