The company produces high quality and wholesome baked goods for everyday consumption across three temperature zones: fresh bread and baked goods, frozen desserts and baked goods and refrigerated dough and baked goods. Best known for its heritage, Sara Lee brand frozen cheesecake and pound cake, the company also markets other bakery products under its consumer brand. These products include fresh breads, bagels, buns and rolls in the United States; frozen pies, Danish and croissants in the United States and Australia; and refrigerated dough in the United Kingdom.
