History

FourLifers Inc was developed by community members who experienced a gap in informal support for the mental health and substance use disorder community. The members established a community recovery organization that creates peer-to-peer support systems, recovery capital and facilitates service/volunteer events. FourLifers Inc aims to increase community and individual wellbeing by providing peer-based mental health and substance use disorder recovery support. The organization's community stakeholders are Utah Support Advocates for Recovery Awareness, Salt Lake Community College's Center for Health and Counseling, Odyssey House, Next Level Recovery, Sober Living Properties, Salt Lake County Drug Court, and Turning Point Centers Sober Livings.
