It is a community management company that offers construction, repair, esthetic maintenance, compliance enforcement, member correspondence and association budget preparation solutions. Future Community Services works with a team of more than 40 offices. It manages condominiums, town homes, office condominiums and related common-interest communities. The company provides accounts receivable processing, staff carpentry and painting services. Future Community Services also assists with the preparation of long-range management plan.
