History
Fast Track Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine was founded and owned by George Shirley. George has a masters in Athletic Training, a doctorate in Physical Therapy and is also ASTYM certified (a soft tissue technique utilized with mostly chronic injuries, such as tendinitis) and TPI certified (Titleist Performance Institute). We offer 1-on-1 physical therapy and do not employ aides or assistants - you will always see a physical therapist for your entire visit, when you come to Fast Track. We welcome you to check out our website for more information. We also offer free consultations for those of you not sure whether or not you might benefit from physical therapy.
