Had a appointment at the Layton office and Ogden changed it to them on the morning of and didn't notify me of the change. Wasted an hour of my time. Not professional at all.

Unlike other rental companies, they do not accept "Privilege" to rent a car, but they only tell you this after they accept your reservation and you arrive at the rental counter to pick up the car!
