They have store hours posted, and are never actually open!!! Tried to several times in the past month and each time they're closed. Don't bother showing up, they don't bother to show either.

Great little shop in downtown SLC. I went in to buy a wool flat cap on the recommendation of a friend. He said it was the best hat shop in Utah. I haven't been in any other hat shops in Utah...
