First time to an Eddie Bauer store believe it or not. As soon as I walked in I was greeted, told about the sales, and directed. Entire store was 40% off!! Emily, the gal who helped me was superb....

The staff here is very friendly, helpful and all around make a great customer experience. While Eddie Bauer clothes are a bit and sometimes very expensive, I usually find a lot of clothes there...
