Ashley Valley Water & Sewer Improvement District (AVWSID) is a special district in Vernal, UT, dedicated to providing culinary water treatment and delivery services to its customers. With over 30 years of experience, AVWSID has been able to meet the water needs of its customers through its initial water rights. However, due to the depletion of these rights, new applicants are now required to dedicate additional water rights to the district in order to receive service.
