This is an ok place to rehearse. The rooms are generally secure to leave your gear in and though it's not super comfortable in either winter or summer, you're supposed to suffer for your art...

Not a bad place for bands to practice. Much better from other local places. Open 24 hours, and the manager is pretty good about helping you out with whatever you need. Parking can be bad and...

Fix your roof!! Our room has flooded 5 times in 6 months and the ceiling is falling in!! We offered to get it fixed and you said no!!!!
