I don't know what the actual hours are. It definitely isn't 9am to 8pm as I came to get my haircut at about 10:30am and the door was locked and the lights were off.

Went there last night and told the stylist how I wanted my hair and that I only wanted a slight trim. The lady didn't cut my hair right and it looked pathetic. Another stylist came over to help...
