In 1992, Westland Construction was formed by Stanley A. Houghton, Jr., as a division of Houghton Plaster. Westland Construction is headquartered in Provo, Utah. The company s office, warehouse and equipment yard is located in the East Bay area of Provo. The company also has an additional warehouse and equipment yard located in Spanish Fork, Utah. Westland Construction is licensed in Utah, Alaska, Arizona, California, Oregon, Nevada, Idaho, and for the Governments of Samoa and Tonga. The company employs more than 75 individuals, 20 of whom work in the company s office. Westland always has the resources to effectively complete projects on time and on budget. Westland Construction has never failed to complete any work that it has been awarded.
