Estelle S. Harris, MD is a Professor of Medicine at the University of Utah Health Science Center. As a Pulmonary and Critical Care physician, her clinical interests include general pulmonary consultation, acute lung injury, non-invasive ventilation, neuromuscular abnormalities and diaphragm muscle dysfunction. Dr. Harris received her MD from the University of Colorado. She received training in Internal Medicine at Boston City Hospital, Boston University, and her Pulmonary and Critical Care training from the University of Michigan. Dr. Harris is the Medical Director of the University of Utah medical intensive care unit (ICU) and the Huntsman Cancer Hospital ICU/intermediate care unit. She is also the pulmonary consultant for the neuromuscular clinics at Neurosciences Center and the NeuRx Diaphragm Stimulator Program. She is currently a member of the American Thoracic Society, The American College of Chest Physicians and the Society of Critical Care Medicine.

Dr. Einerson is a specialist and expert in maternal-fetal medicine who is dedicated to caring for both mothers and babies during high-risk pregnancies. He provides care to his patients with all types of high-risk pregnancy issues and specializes in placenta problems (including placenta accreta spectrum, placenta previa, and vasa previa), twin or triplet pregnancies, cervical insufficiency, and fetal genetic differences. Throughout pregnancy, Dr. Einerson offers early ultrasounds, genetic screening, amniocentesis for genetic diagnosis, and treatments to help prevent preterm birth. He supports both vaginal and cesarean deliveries and specializes in complex deliveries, such as turning breech babies to head-down positions.

Dr. Alt’s clinical practice is focused on sinus and nasal diseases including management of acute and chronic sinusitis, polyps, allergy, septal deviation, growths and tumors of the sinuses and skull base, and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leaks. Dr. Alt works with a large multi-disciplinary team that consists of neurosurgeons, neuroradiologists, head and neck pathologists, and specialized otolaryngology (ENT) cancer surgeons to ensure the best treatment outcomes. In addition to his clinical practice, he is actively involved in research and is a co-investigator on a multi-institutional grant from the National Institutes of Health to study treatment outcomes for sinus disease. He is also interested in examining the relationship between the immune system’s inflammatory markers and chronic sinusitis-specific disease severity; thereby further elucidating how microscopic aspects of disease relate to macroscopic clinical measures. He currently serves as a faculty member in Head and Neck Surgery and is the Associate Director of the Rhinology-Sinus and Skull Base Surgery Program at the University of Utah.
