First the good... Stunning views, central to the Zion area and very nice. The buildings are beautiful and have great amenities. It was truly a great vacation. But.... Night one was a disaster....

I read somewhere the claim of this being a 4 star luxury resort. Well as an individual who has spent time in 4/5 star luxury hotels/resorts......this isn't it!!! Don't let the "pretty exterior"...
