Mary Shapiro, M.D., is a board-certified pediatrician. She received her bachelor’s degree in molecular cell biology from the University of California, Berkeley in 1993, and obtained her medical degree at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 1998. Shapiro completed her residency in 2001 at Pitt County Memorial Hospital in North Carolina.
