Kristen Durbin, MD, Assistant Professor (Clinical), earned her medical degree at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University in 2019. She completed Triple Board residency (pediatrics, adult psychiatry, child & adolescent psychiatry) training at the University of Utah Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine in 2024. Dr. Durbin currently holds clinical faculty appointments in the departments of Psychiatry and Pediatrics at the University of Utah, where she works as an outpatient psychiatrist at the Huntsman Mental Health Institute's Neurobehavior HOME program and as a consulting psychiatrist within the South Main Clinic pediatrics mental health integration program. She is board certified in General Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics and in General Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She is board eligible in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She is also an active member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. With extensive clinical experience, Dr. Sharp has provided gynecologic care to athletes at the 2002 Winter Olympics. Nationally recognized as an expert in pelvic pain and surgical complications, he has been consistently listed on the Best Doctors in America list since 2002. He has also held leadership positions including President of the International Pelvic Pain Society and Chair of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology Committees.
