Chico's started in 1983 as a small boutique selling Mexican folk art on Sanibel Island in Florida. Then one day, the founders discovered the sweater, pivoted the business and retail was never the same. The rich colors, bold prints, unique artisanal details, problem-solving styles, and amazing personal service made a lasting connection with customers. We will never shop here again. The people that work in this store are snotty, arrogant, and very customer service unfriendly! They would not even consider exchanging a birthday gift my wife...

I love the style of Chico's clothes, and jewlery. When I found out they had a store in town, I quickly came over to lay down some hard earned cash. There were so many cute styles to choose from....

I came here to return a gift I got for Christmas and the lady working was so kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to have a conversation with me, but never felt like she was being pushy.
