Well I don't like the same stuff... The appointment but this is a bank and I haven't been in a bank like this in a long time they all absolutely disrespectful and they don't help the customers

Had a appointment with Brent the bank manager at 2:30. We arrived and sat down and had to stand in line after not being helped. Then were informed Brent was still at lunch. 20 minutes later still...
