Casey Stelter, MD

Jonathan A. Weeks, MD, is a board-certified physician specializing in family medicine with special interests in urgent care and pediatrics. Dr. Weeks is a graduate of Brigham Young University and attended medical school at the University of Iowa from 1996-2000. He completed residency at Utah Valley Family Practice and then moved to Layton, Utah, where he has been in practice since 2003. He enjoys mountain biking, visual arts, and playing with his three children.

M. Clinton Robins III, PA-C, MHS, is a Physician Assistant specializing in family medicine and urgent care. He received a bachelor's degree in Microbiology from Weber State University and a master’s degree in health science from Lock Haven University. He completed his physician assistant training at Lock Haven University in 2005. His professional interests include family medicine and urgent care. In his leisure time, Clint enjoys spending time with his family and the outdoors. He is currently welcoming new patients and accepts most insurance plans. He looks forward to working with you and your healthcare concerns.

Jody Fowers is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who received her education locally at Weber State University (Bachelor’s degree) and the University of Utah (Master of Science in Nursing). She practices in East Layton and cares for patients of all ages. A few of Jody’s clinical interests are women’s health and pediatrics, but she loves the variety of patients she gets to help every day. She’s also involved in volunteer and community activities in her area, including helping with high school physicals at Fremont High.
