Food was cold, bun was a bit hard (not fresh!). Seemed short staffed at 9:45pm Same person that took our order prepared our food. Did not see him wash hands, but put on gloves.

15/10 experience. Lobby was closed but not a problem. Drive thru employee was amazing and very busy but got us our extra ketchup up, 10/10 burgers.

Food was good and the inside was clean. I give three stars because despite being the only ones in the building, it took 15+ mins to get our food, which isn't really what I consider "fast food"...
