Capital Assets makes loans secured primarily by real property and specializes in serving the borrower whose collateral and term requirements may not fit the lending patterns of banks or savings and loan associations. Capital Assets has expertise in structuring secured loans in situations where borrowers are willing to pay extra for the service, speed, and creativity offered. This expertise has resulted in referrals from banks, savings and loan associations, investment bankers, accountants, attorneys and financial consultants. In addition to direct loan transactions which it retains in it's own portfolio, Capital Assets makes loans which it may simultaneously sell or originate for other lending institutions, insurance companies, pension plans, trusts, and individual investors.
