Employees are just plain rude. One of the worst locations I have been too. Orders are almost always wrong.

Every. Single. Time. They get our orders wrong. This time, they mislabeled the two salads that we ordered, so I started eating another family member's meal. So disappointing.

Very disappointed because cafe Rio has always been a good place to go since we are vegan. as we were taking our order, there was loud music playing, including the background noise in the kitchen....

No customer service and stingy on portions.i have never seen so many people look like they hate the people they are serving and the people they work with.
