This is a no frills space that I would recommend if you simply need a place to park for the night. We stayed 5 nights due to needing vehicle repairs and the owner (Michelle) was extremely flexible...

Family-owned business since 1976 with daily, weekly, and monthly rates. Open year-round. We are centrally located between Price and Helper, Utah. There are pull-thru and back-in sites with 30 & 50 AMP hook-ups , WiFi and laundromat available. Near trail-head to ATV trails, Price River, 18-hole golf course, driving range, and other local attractions. On-site managers are able to assist you.

Reserved a spot the day before. Got there and it was occupied. No biggy. Honestly mistake by the owner. Found a great place a mile up the road and we were actually glad because this place...

Just so so...all dirt, not really any place nice to walk dogs, seems like many full timers, owner was very nice. Would be nicer with some pavement and clean picnic tables and a dog area....
